PLC的日常保养
1、日常准备工作：首要的熟悉工艺流程，其次是对PLC各种模块的说明资料的熟悉，再次现场布局的了解，最后确保自已的各种检测工具要完好无误。
2、日常点检工作：定期进行CPU的电池的电压检测，正常常情况下为3V，定期对构成PLC系统的相关设备的点检和维护，如UPS定期维护，利用停机时机，对PLC各控制柜进行人工除尘、降温，PLC程序的定期人工备份和电池备份及各相关坏器件的更换等工作。
