简介General Description                   

   此液压动力单元是用于箱式货车尾板控制的动力装置，该动力单元通过二位三通电磁阀和电磁止回阀实现尾板举升、关门、下降、开门等动作，完成货物的装卸工作下降速度可通过节流阀进行调节。本产品为自行设计，具有安装维护方便，操纵简单等特点适合水平安装使用。

This power unit uses in the power unit which the box-type freight vehicle end plate controls, this power unit realizes the end plate lifting through two Three Contacts solenoid valves and the electromagnetism check valve,to close,the drop, to open the door and so on movements, completes the cargo the loading and unloading rate of descent to be possible to carry on the adjustment through the throttle valve. This product to independently design, has installs the maintenance to be convenient, the operation simple and so on characteristics suit the level to install the use.

注意事项Special Notes                  

1.安装前必须保证油缸、油管、接头等液压元件清洁无任何杂质粘附。

1.Clean all the hydraulic parts concemed before mounting the power unit.

2.液压油粘度应为15-68CST，应清洁无杂质，推荐使用N46号液压油。

2.The viscosity of the oil shoud be 15-68 cst.

3.系统使用第一个100小时后，应更换液压油，以后每3000小时更换一次液压油。

3.Change the oil after the first 100 hours of using the power unit,then change the oil every 3000 hours.

4.首次启动运行系统时，应立即检查油箱中的油量是否充足。

4.Check the oil level in the tank after the first star of the power unit.

5.本动力单元适用于水平安装。

5.Mounte the pump station horizontally.
