拜本兰®聚碳酸酯+丙烯腈丁二烯苯乙烯共聚物(PC+ASA)共混料包括通用、阻燃、强化与非强化、以及具体应用的特殊目的品级,比如电镀和金属化表面处理。

这些独特的混合材料形成机械与热特性的理想组合,适用于电器、汽车和运输、电气、消费品、医疗、电子产品、IT和通信应用。

阻燃品级提供出色的流动特性,特别适合必须满足严格可燃性标准与热要求的薄壁应用。

拜本兰®阻燃品级通常要通过灼热丝测试IEC 60695-2,有些材料甚至要通过960ºC,1.0 mm规格测试。

UL 94等级是全球IT、电气与电子行业最重要的可燃性分类标准。拜本兰®阻燃品级可提供最小壁厚(根据品级,从最小0.75 mm到1.5 mm),满足UL 94标准最高品质等级“V-0”要求。
