施工程序与方法 Construction Procedure

·在搅拌容器内倒入40公斤水，开动搅拌机到高速挡，倒入一袋A料搅拌5分钟，泡沫到达标准位置，调到低速挡运行，缓缓加入50公斤水泥，再加入B料充分搅拌5分钟至均匀的膏糊状。 

·打开阀门把浆料注入沉箱或基面，流到指定位置后关闭阀门，用刮板稍稍刮平待其表干。

·施工前请仔细阅读包装说明，按规定流程操作。 

·加入32.5R与42.5R水泥干固时间和强度会有所差异，如工期较紧建议使用42.5R水泥施工。

·浇注完工未完全干固禁止踩踏，以免影响施工效果。

·施工完成后立即清洗干净机器和阀门，以免水泥结块堵塞阀门。

·严禁开机后伸手入机器桶内，以防发生意外。
