推荐采用46号、68号液压油。最相宜的油温为30-60℃当油温低于1℃或大于65℃时禁止开机，为调节油温可事先采用加热器或冷却器。液压传动最忌油液变脏变质，否则尘埃糊粘在吸油滤油器上，噪音加剧，泵寿命降低，故要常常保待油液洁净，应三个月清洗油网一次。
