3.液压成套系统用油及工作前提
推荐采用46号、68号液压油。最相宜的油温为30-60℃当油温低于1℃或大于65℃时禁止开机，为调节油温可事先采用加热器或冷却器。液压传动最忌油液变脏变质，否则尘埃糊粘在吸油滤油器上，噪音加剧，泵寿命降低，故要常常保待油液洁净，应三个月清洗油网一次。
4.油泵电机的启动
液压站的油泵电机启动与其它机械一样，要求空载（卸荷）启动，等短暂动行后，再行加载工作，一般情况下，工作过程中不宜频繁启、闭电机。
在低温启动时，要调整溢流阀到1/2的额定压力，再反复点动电机，使溢流阀全溢流，以给液压加温，待温度升高至20。液压油一般为12个月应更换一次，并清洗油箱，去除污垢尘埃。
