1、适用范围：产品主要用于金属、电镀、氧化铝、电解板、铝塑板、喷（烤）漆、喷塑等制品的丝印及移印。

2、产品特性：亮光、免烘烤、耐酒精、耐手汗、耐水泡、耐冲压。

3、稀释剂：用公司B-03专用稀释剂或783稀释油墨，用718洗网水清洗网版。

4、固化剂：单组份使用，不需要添加固化剂；如有特殊要求可选择添加本公司JS-9固化剂用于增加油墨附着力及性能，添加量为10%-15%。

5、油墨调配：开罐使用前应充份搅拌，然后取所需量油墨加入稀释剂稀释至合适的印刷粘度进行印刷。

6、网版及刮胶：适合80T-140T（200目-350目）聚脂网纱，聚氨脂PU油性刮胶。

【性能检测】

1、3M胶带划百格测试：100%无脱落

2、耐冲压测试：1mm厚铝板180°折弯无变化。

3、耐酒精测试：用脱脂棉沾浓度99%工业酒精以500G力水平来回50次无脱色。

4、耐手汗耐试：用大拇指紧压印刷面5分钟后，再用力来回磨擦100次无脱色。

5、耐水性测试：用常温自来水浸泡24小时，3M胶带划百格测试，100%无脱落。

【注意事项】

1、先小量试印确认符合要求后再批量生产。

2、做好承印物的表面清除油脂及杂质工作，以促进附着效果。

3、附着力、硬度、耐酸性、耐酒精性、耐化学品性、抗划伤性、耐磨性等性能的检测，

需要完全固化后方可检测。

4、未经允许情况下，不得将系列油墨与其它类型油墨混用及配色。

5、油墨，稀释剂使用及储存时严禁烟火。
