本产品主要用于各种金属、玻璃、真空电镀、水电镀、电泳、阳极氧化铝、电解板、铝塑板、喷塑、喷粉、静电喷漆面、烤漆面以及各种天花吊顶氧化板、镜面板、覆膜板、辊涂板等制品的丝印及移印。
2、产品特性：亮光、附着力佳、快干、耐冲压。
3、稀释剂：用我司B-03专用稀释剂或783开油，用718洗网水清洗网版。
4、固化剂：单组份使用，也可选择添加我司JS-10专用固化剂用于增加油墨附着力及物理化学抗性。
5、油墨调配方法：开罐先搅拌均匀，取所需量油墨稀释到合适印刷粘度。如需添加固化剂，先加固化剂搅拌后静置10分钟，待油墨与固化剂完全交联后再进行稀释。
6、干燥时间：常温干燥，表干时间5-10分钟，实干时间在24小时以内，80℃烘烤20分钟可快速干燥。
7、添加固化剂后的使用时限：4-6小时，过期请弃用，剩余油墨不可回收。

【性能检测】
1、3M胶带划百格测试：100%无脱落
2、耐冲压测试：1mm厚铝板180°折弯无变化。
3、耐酒精测试：用脱脂棉沾浓度99%工业酒精以500G力水平来回200次无脱色。

【注意事项】
1、先小量试印确认符合要求后再批量生产。
2、做好承印物的表面清除油脂及杂质工作，以促进附着效果。
3、附着力、硬度、耐酸性、耐酒精性、耐化学品性、抗划伤性、耐磨性等性能的检测，
需要完全固化后方可检测。
4、未经允许情况下，不得将本系列油墨与其它类型油墨混用及配色。
5、油墨，稀释剂使用及储存时严禁烟火。
6、使用时注意施工场所的通风状况良好，尽量避免皮肤直接接触。
